Modern electronic key fobs provide superior convenience and performance to manual keys. Batteries eventually degrade and require replacement. Note: Some older Volvo models use different types of batteries that is the CR2025. CR2025 batteries have 7 tenths of millimeters less than a CR2032 So you'll need to be very careful when replacing your battery.
